Excursion to Rohtang Pass till snow point (Excursion to Rohtang Pass (Guest Own on direct payment &
Subject to Permit). Situated at an altitude of 3979 metres above sea level and 51 kms outside Manali is the
mighty Rohtang Pass – the gateway to Lahaul – Spiti valley. It affords a wide panoramic view of the
mountains. Here one sees the majesty of the mountains at its height and splendour. At the top of the pass
the air seems to glitter against the snow as you look down over herringboned ridges into the Lahaul valley.
Evening at Leisure. Overnight at Hotel. (Closed on Tuesday)
Note: Rohtang Pass Closed from Nov to May Month due to snow.

Terms and Conditions
1. TRAVEL AND TAPE is not holding any accommodation / air seats for you at the moment. On receipt of
registration amount, we will then request for your Hotel Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are
as of now and all subject to Change / availability.
2. Booking is Non-Refundable / Amendable after confirmed.
3. Rates are not valid during exhibition and events.
4. For booking procedures, you will be required to pay 50% advance deposit at the time of booking.
5. Balance payment for the above Package needs to be settled maximum 20 days prior to departure.
6. On confirmation of your booking, the entire USD/EUR/ INR payment for the above Package needs to be
settled maximum 45 days prior to departure.
7. The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.
8. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
9. Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & other
land arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by
the passenger directly.
10. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternative options will be suggested which may involve any increase
in price.
11. In case where a guest along with his family is unable to join or continue the tour due to any reason
whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, flight/train delays or cancellation no
claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services, his booking shall be treated as ‘no show’ on
the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
12. Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise)
and if this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available
higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
13. Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight / Train will be on the passenger’s
own & T&T will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will help to the best of our abilities.
14. Documentation: The passengers will not hold T&T, under any circumstances, liable or responsible for any
refused / delayed documents and / or for any expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa and / or
error in dates of visa granted, etc. In case of visa refusal, cancellation charges will be applicable as given.
15. The International Check-in time: – 1500 hrs. & check-out time is 1200 hrs.
Cancellation Policy
- Prior to 60 days or more – 25% of tour cost
- Between 60 and 45 days of departure – 50% of tour cost
- Between 44 and 30 days of departure – 75% of tour cost
- Between 30 days and in case of no show – 100%
