- Any kind of personal expenses, extra meals, starters & Drinks (Alcoholic, Mineral, Aerated etc)
- Any kind of optional tours, Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Phone Calls, Guide Fee & Camera Fee.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the tour itinerary/ Holiday Package
Offer. - Anything not mentioned in the inclusions is excluded.
- This is just a quotation, TRAVEL AND TAPE is not holding any accommodation / air seats for
you at the moment. On receipt of registration amount, we will then request for your Hotel
Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to Change /
availability.
For booking procedures, you will be required to pay 50% advance deposit at the time of booking.
Balance payment for the above Package needs to be settled maximum 20 days prior to
departure.
The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.

All the above-mentioned rates are per person rates on twin sharing.
The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to Change as per availability.
All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management
of suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested which may
involve any increase in price.
Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified
otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation
in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while
conveying the status.
10. Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight / Train will be on the
passenger’s own & TRAVEL AND TAPE will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we
will provide assistance to the best of our abilities.
