DAY 1 - Arrival at Kochi - Transfer at Munnar
DAY 2 - Munnar Sightseeing
DAY 3 - Munnar – Thekkady (Periyar)
DAY 4 - Thekkady Exploration day
DAY 5 - Thekkady - Alleppey (140km / 4hrs)
DAY 6 - Alleppey – Kochi (60 km / 1.5 hrs)
- 05 Nights accommodation in 3* Hotel.
- Daily breakfast at hotel.
- Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be served in Houseboat.
- Pick up & Drop for Kochi Airport/ Railway Station.
- Sedan for all transfers and sightseeing exactly as per the itinerary.
- Parking fees and Toll.
- Flight Tickets.
- Expenses of personal nature such as tipping, laundry, telephone/fax calls, beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), camera/video camera fees at monuments, and medical expenses.
- Meals other than those mentioned in the inclusions.
- Ayurveda or spa charges.
- Entry fees to monuments and palaces (to be paid directly by guests).
- Tips for guides, drivers, porters, and restaurant servers.
- Additional vehicle usage beyond the itinerary, including during leisure time or after sightseeing hours.
- Early check-in and late checkout (subject to availability and on request).
- Adventure Activity Cost
- Any extra expenses due to route changes, date changes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen/force majeure circumstances.
- Any incidental or additional services not mentioned in the inclusions.
- GST 5% will be applicable on the total billing.
- TRAVEL AND TAPE is not holding any accommodation / air seats for you at the moment. On receipt of registration amount, we will then request for your Hotel Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to Change / availability.
- For booking procedures, you will be required to pay 75% advance including flights and only land package 50% advance deposit at the time of booking.
- On confirmation of your booking, the entire USD/EUR/ INR payment for the above Package needs to be settled maximum 45 days prior to departure.
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
- Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & other land arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by the passenger directly to T&T.
- In case where a guest unable to join or continue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, flight/train delays or cancellation no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services, his booking shall be treated as ‘no show’ on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
- Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved.
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight / Train will be on the passenger’s own & TRAVEL AND TAPE will not be held liable for such expenses.
- Documentation: The passenger/s will not hold T&T, under any circumstances, liable or responsible for any refused / delayed documents and / or for any expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa and / or error in dates of visa granted, etc. In case of visa refusal, cancellation charges will be applicable as given.
- The International Check-in time: – 1500 hrs. & check-out time is 1200 hrs.
Cancellation Policy
- Prior to 60 days or more – 25% of tour cost
- Between 60 and 45 days of departure – 50% of tour cost
- Between 44 and 30 days of departure – 75% of tour cost
- Between 30 days and in case of no show – 100%
