Any Train, Bus or Cruise fares to or from your originating place, unless specified.

Any upgrade in the hotel or its room category and cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
Cost of Insurance.
Any extra expense such as route change, airline change, travel date change, accommodation facilities,
etc. incurred due to the
unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeure circumstances during the tour.
Porterage (coolie charges), tips, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, Sanctuary Park Fees, Camera
Fee, Elephant / Horse / Pony
Ride, Boat Ride, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or
beverages.
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalisation, or any personal
emergency.
Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column.
Any extra sightseeing, services or activity charges other than those included in itinerary. Any cost
incurred for such requirements should be borne by the guests.

TRAVEL AND TAPE is not holding any accommodation / air seats for you at the moment. On receipt of registration amount, we will then request for your Hotel Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to Change / availability.
For booking procedures, you will be required to pay 75% advance including flights and only land package 50% advance deposit at the time of booking.
On confirmation of your booking, the entire USD/EUR/ INR payment for the above Package needs to be settled maximum 45 days prior to departure.
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & other land arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by the passenger directly to T&T.
In case where a guest unable to join or continue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, flight/train delays or cancellation no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services, his booking shall be treated as ‘no show’ on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available, we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved.
Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight / Train will be on the passenger’s own & TRAVEL AND TAPE will not be held liable for such expenses.
Documentation: The passenger/s will not hold T&T, under any circumstances, liable or responsible for any refused / delayed documents and / or for any expenses incurred due to non-availability of visa and / or error in dates of visa granted, etc. In case of visa refusal, cancellation charges will be applicable as given.
The International Check-in time: – 1500 hrs. & check-out time is 1200 hrs.

Prior to 60 days or more – 25% of tour cost
Between 60 and 45 days of departure – 50% of tour cost
Between 44 and 30 days of departure – 75% of tour cost
Between 30 days and in case of no show – 100%
