Itinerary
Pick up from Manali Bus Station or Hotel and drive to Kaza. On the way Kunzum Pass . Kunzumla Pass which is 4590 M. highest pass on Spiti Lahaul Road. Rudyard Kipling said of the region “Surely the God live here this no place for Men”. O/N hotel.
After breakfast a drive to the highest motorable roar Langza and enroute visiting the Comik and Hikim village. O/N Hotel at Kaza.
After breakfast journey starts to witness the Ajanta of Himalayas the Tabo monastery. Tabo has the oldest caves on barren mountains and Thanka paintings, one of the most precious paintings of Buddhism.Later visit Dhankar Monastry and on the way Dhankar Monastary. O/N Hotel at Tabo.
Morning drive to Mud Village and later drive to Kaza. O/N hotel
After breakfast excursion to Kee monastery and Kibber village at an altitude of 4205M.After that drive towards Chandratal via Kunzum Pass, Kunzumla Pass which is 4590 M. highest pass on Spiti Lahaul Road. - Extra food or beverages ordered or taken in the hotel restaurant or room except buffet / fixed menu meal plan.
- The vehicle will be allowed up to parking points & last possible points. (Subject to road & govt. conditions)
Travel Guidelines
- Mandatory Negative RT-PCR test report not more than 72 hours from departure to Himachal.
- Guests in possession of final vaccination i.e., both doses and completed 15 days from their 2nd dose are exempted from pre departure RT-PCR requirement to Himachal.
- All passengers travelling to Himachal are required to register on state website before boarding the flight.
- Aaroggya Setu App must be downloaded and activated.

- Guests in possession of final vaccination i.e., both doses and completed 15 days from their 2nd dose are exempted from pre departure RT-PCR requirement to Mumbai.

- This is just a tentative offer. TRAVEL AND TAPE is not holding any accommodation / air seats for you at the moment. On receipt of registration amount, we will then request for your Hotel Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to Change / availability.
- For booking procedures, you will be required to pay 50% advance deposit at the time of booking.
- Balance payment for the above Package needs to be settled maximum 20 days prior to departure.
- The rooms & rates are subject to availability at the time of booking / confirmation.

- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
- All the above-mentioned rates are per person rates on twin sharing.
- The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to Change as per availability.
- All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested which may involve any increase in price.
- In case where a guest along with his family is unable to join or continue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including illness, death or loss of any travel documents, flight/train delays or cancellation no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services, his booking shall be treated as ‘no show’ on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
- Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the status.
- Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight / Train will be on the passenger’s own & TRAVEL AND TAPE will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will provide assistance to the best of our abilities.
- The above rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens only.
Note
- Room Heater / AC available in the hotel with an extra cost bared by the guest directly (Depends on hotel policy and terms)
- We are organizing the vehicle according to the number of paying passengers only unless specifically mention child in traveling schedules.
- Ideal timings of use of Vehicle will be from 7:00 AM approx. till 19:00 PM only for all ideal transfer and main mentioned sightseeing only, (In an emergency case it will be flexible also)
- AC will not operate on hills.

- Check In / Check out time at all the properties would at 1200 hrs (Noon)
- Any Hike up in Fuel cost & changes in taxes structure etc. after the date of quotation and even after booking will be charged extra on the actual amount of changes and bared by guest either well in advance or on direct payment basis.
- We cannot be held responsible/liable for any delay, deficiency, injury, death, loss or damage, etc. occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.
- ROHATANG PASS EXCURSION: (CLOSED ON TUESDAY) OPENS FROM JUNE 15 TO OCTOBER 15
Excursion to Rohtang is not included in the itinerary because NGT has restricted the number of vehicles to this place and, it entirely depends upon the permission on a particular day. The client can take the local State Transport Bus (INR 1000 to 1500 per person return) and visit Rohtang. The guest has to get the tickets from the Bus Depot at Mall Road. The local cabs charge somewhere between INR 5000 to INR 13000 depending on the demand.
Cancellation Policy
- Prior to 45 days or more – 25% of tour cost
- Between 44 and 31 days of departure – 40% of tour cost
- Between 30 and 15 days of departure – 50% of tour cost
- Between 14 days and 7 prior to date of departure – 75%
- Between 6 days and in case of no show – 100%
